Reflecting on Impact: Announcing our 2024 Annual Report

At TCF, we believe reflection is a powerful tool—it allows us to pause, learn, and carry forward the lessons that shape a brighter future. As we move further into 2025, we invite you to reflect with us by exploring our newly released 2024 Annual Report. It was a year of growth, resilience, and impact made possible by supporters like you!

In 2024, thousands of lives and futures were transformed:

• 1,849 students received a quality education across our three partner schools—nurturing dreams and expanding opportunities.

• 7,664 patients received care at our Rural Community Health Clinic, which now offers expanded lab services for quicker, more effective treatment.

• Five young children joined the Rift Valley Children’s Village family, while five young adults launched into meaningful careers in tourism, healthcare, and beyond.

• 647 entrepreneurs grew their small businesses with REAP loans and training, strengthening families and fueling community prosperity.

These numbers represent more than milestones—they tell stories of resilience and possibility. Behind these numbers are the many individual lives that have been impacted, and also countless other family and community members who are lifted alongside them.

When Manka, one of our REAP clients, grew her agriculture enterprise with microloans and business training, she didn’t only transform her life. She transformed the future for her children, whose education she is now able to support. She created possibility in her community by filling a need with her goods and services.
